PROJECT BLENDER

Pina Colada
8.00
Rum, Coconut Cream & Pineapple

Literally translated “strained pineapple” probably coming from fresh pineapple used in the drink. There are two different claims to inventing the Pina Colada one from the 1950s and the other from the 1960s, both claims are from Bartenders from Puerto Rico and this has made the Pina Colada the country’s national drink. Why not try a classic or one of our flavours. If you don’t like rum try a Chi Chi, Same great flavours but mixed with Vodka instead.

[Try them blended or served on the rocks]

Classic – Pineapple & Coconut Caramel / Chocolate / Banana / Mango

Daiquiri
8.00
Rum, Lime & Sugar

The drink was supposedly invented by an American mining engineer, named Jennings Cox, who was in Cuba at the time of the Spanish–American War. It is also possible that William A. Chanler, a US congressman who purchased the Antiago Daiquiri iron mines in 1902, introduced the daiquiri to clubs in New York in that year. All we know is that its great classic cocktail that we are happy to share with you. We have blended up some of our favourite flavours for you to choose from;

[Try them blended or served on the rocks]

Classic – Lime Banana (blended only) / Watermelon Strawberry / Blueberry Raspberry / Pineapple

Margarita
8.00
Tequila, Lime & Agave

This classic drink has probably the most origin stories of any cocktail we know, could be named after dances, singers, socialites or even royalty its something we will never truly know. We prefer the “Tommy’s Margarita” and this story we know, invented by Tequila legend Julio Bermejo at Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant in San Francisco, California. The key difference between this recipe and its predecessors is the use of Agave Nectar instead of orange liqueur. Leading to a simple balanced taste. It blends perfectly with fruit too, try the blended Tommy’s or add flavour or your choice;

[Try them blended or served on the rocks]

Tommy’s – Lime & Agave Blueberry / Banana (blended only) Pineapple / Raspberry Watermelon /Strawberry
